Blending

Ryt-way has extensive blending capacity and capability with multiple ingredients per blend.  We can blend up to 1,000,000 pounds per day, and supply up to 60 packaging lines.

Inventory Planning

Our production planners work directly with the customer to achieve their production goals.   We provide the customer with a single contact to discuss production scheduling and inventory related questions. The production planning department at Ryt-way Industries, Inc. utilizes a wide range of computerized planning tools.

Material Handling

Ryt-way's computerized inventory, reporting, tracking and material handling systems assure the customer the exact status of all materials and products.

New Project Engineering

With over 43 years of experience and broad product capability, Ryt-way can create, test, design a package and deliver new products.  Ryt-way's New Projects Management Team can become an extension of your R&D department.

 

Packaging

A wide variety of products are packaged at Ryt-way: from cereals, soup mixes and seasonings to snack mixes, dry mix products and drink mixes.

 

Purchasing

The Purchasing department of Ryt-way is responsible for buying all of the  materials and supplies used throughout the production facility.  This includes some/all of the packaging materials, safety related items, equipment, and facility maintenance items.  They are also charged with selecting services and service contractors, such as uniform and vending services, transportation and lawn care.

Quality Assurance / Control

Each customer or product may have specific needs and requirements - and Ryt-way welcomes the customer's active participation in every step of the project.  The quality team is involved in every stage of planning and production.  Quality is part of the package from Ryt-way.

Shipping and Receiving

Ryt-way has a 200,000 square foot warehouse racked 6 high, with 10 loading bays and it is attached to our Manufacturing facility.  We are located 20 miles south of Minneapolis and St. Paul, in Lakeville's Industrial Park.
